About
Meister started as one dungeon master's frustration with cobbling a session together out of a dice-roller tab, a shared doc, and a Discord thread that scrolled too fast to reread. It's grown into a place for a table to live between sessions, and a way for players and DMs to find each other in the first place.
Most tools ask every table to fit the same layout. Meister starts from widgets, not templates, so a game of Blades in the Dark and a game of D&D can look nothing alike.
A campaign outlives any single session. Layouts, recaps, and house rules stay attached to the table they belong to, not buried in a chat history.
Finding a group is often harder than running the game. Player discovery is a first-class part of Meister, not a forum bolted on afterward.
"Still early, still built at the table, one campaign at a time."
